1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing mysticstarcoven.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Use of this site is restricted to individuals aged 21 and older.

2. Intellectual Property & Attribution

The content on this site is the property of Mystic Star Coven, Inc. Please note that "The Nine Principles of the Wild Faith" featured on this site are adapted from the work of Fred Adams (founder of Feraferia), as published in The New Pagans by Hans Holzer. All other original commentary, design, and media are protected by copyright.

3. Prohibited Use & Security

You strictly agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, bypass, or interfere with the security of our News and Events, Waiting List, or Contact Us forms.
  • Use our contact information for commercial solicitation or spam. We specifically prohibit outreach from organizations that are not Pagan-focused and/or LGBTQIA+ affirmative.
  • Use the site in any way that could damage our 501(c)(3) non-profit status.

4. Third-Party Services

For your security and convenience, we utilize Mailchimp, PayPal, and Web3Forms. Mystic Star Coven, Inc. is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or "uptime" of these external services. Your interactions with them are governed by their respective terms.

5. Donation Policy

Mystic Star Coven, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit recognized by the IRS as a "church," under section 170(b)(1)(A)(i). By donating, you acknowledge that all contributions are non-refundable once processed by PayPal. Please consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your gift.

6. Spiritual Advice Disclaimer

Any "Spiritual Advice" or guidance provided by Coven Members or Members of the Coven Council is for religious and spiritual purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional psychiatric, medical, or financial advice. Users should seek a licensed professional in those fields for such requirements.

7. Governing Law & Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be settled by binding arbitration through a party of the Coven's choosing within the State of Kentucky. You waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
